The gap we work in

There are two options in front of a small business owner who needs a website, and neither is good. An agency will quote between two and five thousand pounds and take six weeks, most of which is spent in meetings. Or there is a drag-and-drop builder, which costs a monthly fee and produces something that loads slowly, looks like everyone else's, and quietly fails to appear on Google.

Creatives Hub sits in the gap. We keep a library of templates and components built for specific trades, so a build is customisation rather than invention. That is the whole reason a fixed £499 is possible, and we would rather explain the mechanism than pretend it is magic.

Where AI fits, and where it does not

We use AI tooling and we say so on the homepage, because a client finding out later is worse than a client knowing now. It gets a site most of the way there quickly.

The last stretch is done by hand on every single build: the mobile pass on a real handset, the link and form checks, the spelling, the load speed, and making the copy sound like a person who knows the trade rather than a machine that has read about it. Nothing is sent to a client straight out of a generator. That last stretch is the entire reputation of the studio and it is not automated.

What we will not do

A short list, because these things come up and it is easier to have answered them already.

• We will not guarantee a Google ranking. Nobody can, and the people who do are selling something else.
• We will not write, buy or fabricate reviews. It breaks Google's policies and it risks your profile being suspended.
• We will not mass-produce location pages by swapping the town name. It is a well-known way to have a site treated as spam.
• We will not put fake urgency or fake scarcity on your site. No countdown timers on a plumbing quote.
• We will not hold your hosting hostage. The site, the content and the domain are yours, and they transfer if you leave.

Where we work

The studio works remotely with clients across the United Kingdom. One of the three live builds is for a brand in the United States, so distance has not been the constraint people expect it to be. Everything from the brief to the handover happens by phone, email and a private preview link.
