Service
Technical SEO does not make a page rank. It removes the reasons a page cannot — which is a different and more honest claim.
Included on Growth and above
Most local sites underperform for an unglamorous reason: the pages do not match what people search for. Someone with a burst pipe types a problem, a service and a town. If the site only has a page called Services, there is nothing specific for that search to match against.
Underneath that sit the technical failures nobody sees — pages excluded by a stray robots rule, canonical tags pointing at a staging domain, a sitemap full of URLs that redirect, structured data describing content that is not on the page.
We start with search demand rather than the sitemap. We look at what people in your area are actually typing, group those queries by what the person is trying to achieve, and map each group to exactly one page — which also stops two of your own pages competing for the same search.
Then the technical groundwork, which is about eligibility. Every page gets a unique title and description, a canonical on the production domain, and structured data that matches what is visible. The sitemap contains only canonical, indexable URLs. Nothing is blocked that should be crawled.
