How quickly can my site be live?
Most clients are live within a week of sending us their logo, photos and words. The clock starts when your content lands, not when you pay, so the fastest thing you can do is fill the brief in properly. If you need it sooner, rush delivery gets you live in 48 hours for 25% on top.
How can it be £499 when agencies quote thousands?
Because we are not starting from scratch. We own a library of templates and components built for specific trades, so your build is customisation rather than invention. Agencies charge £2,000 to £5,000 largely for hours we do not have to spend. You get the output, not the overhead.
Is my site just a template everyone else has?
It starts from one, and then it is restyled to your brand, your colours, your photos, your services and your area. Two sites built from the same template do not look alike. What the template guarantees is that the structure already works for your trade.
You use AI. Does a person actually look at it?
Always. AI gets a site most of the way there quickly. The last stretch — mobile checks, links, forms, spelling, load speed, the copy sounding like a human — is done by hand on every single build. Nothing is sent to a client straight out of the machine.
What if I do not have a logo or photos?
Not a problem, and not a reason to delay. Logo design is included with every package, with three options to choose from. If you have no photos we will use high-quality stock to launch and swap in your own whenever you have them, and that swap is covered by your care plan.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit books your build slot and the balance is due when the site goes live. Care plans start the month after launch and you can cancel them at any time.
