Website automation and integrations

An enquiry should do something the moment it arrives, not wait in an inbox for somebody to notice it.

Scoped and quoted

The problem

For most small businesses the website stops at the contact form. The enquiry lands in an inbox, and everything after that is manual: someone reads it, someone replies, someone remembers to follow up, and sometimes nobody does.

The cost is invisible because a lost enquiry never complains. But response speed is one of the few things a small business can genuinely beat a larger competitor on, and an inbox is a bad place to compete from.

How we approach it

We connect the website to whatever you already run, so an enquiry triggers the next step automatically — a record created, a confirmation sent to the customer, a notification to you, a booking held, a deposit requested.

The integration is built behind an abstraction rather than wired directly to one vendor, so changing CRM later is a configuration change instead of a rebuild. That matters more than it sounds: tool choices change, and a site hard-wired to one provider becomes a reason not to switch.

Deliverables

What we deliver

  • Enquiry forms that create a CRM record and send a customer confirmation automatically
  • Booking integration, so a visitor can choose a time rather than wait for a callback
  • Payment links and deposit requests through Stripe, with no card details ever touching your site
  • Transactional email that is branded and reliably delivered, with the sending domain properly authenticated
  • A provider-agnostic integration layer, so your CRM is a choice rather than a dependency
  • Documented integration points, so another developer can pick it up without reverse-engineering it

How it runs

The process for this work

The same sequence on every project, which is why the timeline can be honest.

Questions

AI & automation — the common questions

Which CRM do you recommend?

It depends on the size of your team and what you already use. We build the connection behind an abstraction layer, so if you outgrow one CRM the website does not have to be rebuilt to move to another.

Is taking payments through my site secure?

Payments go through Stripe Checkout, which means card details never touch your website or our systems at all. That is deliberate — handling card data yourself brings compliance obligations no small business wants.

Will automated emails end up in spam?

Not if the sending domain is authenticated properly. Configuring SPF, DKIM and DMARC is part of the work, because a transactional email that lands in spam is worse than no email at all.
